Bluetooth devices randomly disconnect and won't reconnect until reboot
Both the mouse and headphones dropping makes the shared Bluetooth adapter or service worth investigating, but it does not prove that either accessory is defective. You have already addressed pairing and adapter power management, so capture the failed state before rebooting again. Open Device Manager and check whether the Bluetooth adapter is present and whether Properties reports an error code. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter in Get Help while the fault is occurring. Microsoft also documents restarting Bluetooth Support Service through services.msc; record whether that restores connectivity without a full restart. Compare the installed driver version with the PC manufacturer's package, rather than reinstalling the same driver repeatedly. If you use an external Bluetooth adapter, test it away from nearby USB 3 devices, which Microsoft identifies as a possible interference source. Share the adapter model, Windows build, error code, and whether both devices fail simultaneously if the problem persists.
