Bluetooth devices fail to reconnect automatically after waking from sleep in Windows 11
After the computer wakes up from sleep mode, paired Bluetooth mice or keyboards often fail to reconnect automatically. Users must manually reconnect them in the Bluetooth settings or remove and then re-pair them to resume use, which affects work efficiency.

Hello,
Open Device Manager.
Right click your Bluetooth device/driver, and select Properties.
Switch to Power Management tab, uncheck 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power' option.
Click Apply, OK.
Close Device Manager.
