Bluetooth and Realtek speaker doesn't work after windows update

after windows update 2026-03 Update (KB5085516) (26200.8039) the bluetooth icon is gone and speaker doesn't work at all

There is no sound whatsoever when i choose speaker

    While this specific update was meant to fix a separate issue with Microsoft Account sign-ins, it unfortunately introduced a new bug that affects Bluetooth and audio functionality.
