Bitlocker recovery

I have a hp computer running windows 11, it was working perfectly fine last night, but this morning when I turned it on there's just a blue screen asking for a recovery key that I don't even have. I tried the reset options and it keeps saying something about a problem resetting so I literally can't do anything right now. Is there any way I can fix this or am I just stuck with a busted computer?
