Bitlocker Issues

Hi Everyone 

One of our customers at our shop laptop has died, they want us to try extract some data off . However it is bitlocked, I had logged onto the their Microsoft account and went to devices which it does see the the Dell laptop on there. But upon clicking on the laptop and going to recovery keys it doesn't show anything.

Was wondering if anyone had ideas on what could be done if anything, but if I need to do anything on the old machine I wont be able to as the machine doesn't turn on. But I do know that the SSD works as I have put that into another machine and it asks for the bitlock key as to why I am here.
