    ​ I know how frustrating it can be dealing with HEIC files on Windows, especially when they don’t open smoothly. For me, I found HEIC Converter to be super handy. It’s pretty easy to use—just drag and drop the files, convert them to JPG. No fuss, no hassle, and the quality stays intact.
