bat.v6 folder

Every time I reboot my Windows 11 laptop a folder appears in the c: drive call bat.v6. (c:\bat.v6)

The folder is a copy of the users folder and can be deleted but reappears after every reboot.

I have run a virus scan - nothing found.

Does anyone have any idea what is creating the folder and how to stop it.
