ASUS Windows 11 crashes with a blue screen after resetting BitLocker and cannot boot into Safe Mode

The computer's indicator lights are working normally, but the screen won't turn on. The manufacturer recommends resetting BitLocker. After entering the unlock key, the screen goes blue, and I can't enter Safe Mode. Boot keys like F3 and F7 also don't work. How can I fix this?
