1.Check Permissions
Right-click on the C Drive in File Explorer and select Properties.
Go to the Security tab and check the permissions for your account.
Ensure that the account has full control. If it doesn't:
Click Edit.
2.Select your user account or the Administrators group.
Check the box for Full Control and click OK.
3. Disable User Account Control (UAC)
Sometimes, UAC can prevent changes even if you are logged in as an administrator.
4.Open Control Panel.
Navigate to User Accounts > Change User Account Control settings.
Move the slider to Never notify and click OK.
Restart your computer.
Right-click on the C Drive in File Explorer and select Properties.
