Android Phone BT Connection Issues
Hi, I have a strange problem that has driven me crazy for the last 2 days. I am trying to use dynamic lock for my laptop. However, my phone can not connect to the laptop via Bluetooth. On the other hand, I have no problem while using the Windows Phone Link application or Asus GlideX software. Moreover, If I choose to connect to my Phone via "Personal Area Network (PAN)" under the Bluetooth options, it works perfectly and the dynamic lock is working as intended. However, after I return to the range of Bluetooth connection, it doesn't connect to my phone automatically via PAN. I tried to completely remove Bluetooth drivers and install them again a couple of times. I run DICM Restore Health and SFC Scan commands twice. They didn't work either. Another strange problem is that I can't remove any Bluetooth devices. When I click on the remove device option from settings, it is not working and it doesn't give any error or warning. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am not able to connect my Samsung Android phone to my Asus Windows laptop via Bluetooth.
I can see the phone under the "Bluetooth Devices" status shown as "Not Connected".
I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, restarting the laptop and phone, setting up Phone Link etc, and none works.
Does anyone have a solution?

Hi, I have an update related to my problem below. Can anyone help me please?
In the current situation, I managed to pair and connect all my devices (Asus Pen, Samsung Phone, Samsung Earbuds) to my PC. All of them work almost perfectly. Let me explain what I mean by "almost":
1. My phone can connect automatically to my PC. I can transfer files between my PC and my phone. I can see every information (such as battery status, new messages, etc. )related to my phone via the Windows Phone Link application. I can initiate a call from my phone. However, I can't use audio input and output devices from my PC during the call. Also, I can't accept the calls from MY PC, although it shows on my screen when I get a call.
2. I am using Samsung Earbuds which have also a microphone. Whenever I disconnect the earbuds from my PC (such as switching to my phone) and reconnect them again, the microphone isn't available to use anymore. The driver cannot load automatically. However, I am using the Galaxy Bud application to solve this issue. When I reset the settings which unpair and re-pair the earbuds, the microphone starts to work again.
3. The last and most important problem is with Windows Bluetooth & Devices settings. As I mentioned above, I can use three different items together with my PC (Asus Rog Flow Z13 2023) at the same time with minor issues. However, Windows shows no device connected to my PC wherever I checked.
When I check the Settings / Bluetooth & Devices section, it shows "+ Add Device" on the top and there isn't any item shown above.
When I right-click the Bluetooth symbol on the taskbar and click the "Show Bluetooth Devices", it navigates to the same windows which shows nothing connected.
When I click on the wireless/sound/power symbols on the taskbar, a popup menu opens and shows a Bluetooth symbol there. It says "Not connected"
When I navigate to the control panel, right-click on "Device and Printers", and click open, it shows the devices and printers connected to my PC in a separate window. There are only three items shown in there. My PC, Microsoft Print to PDF, and OneNote.
4. I tried to pair and connect other devices such as a TV to my PC. It connects and works fine. However, it starts to be not available in the scan list after the first connection. Moreover, it is also not shown as a connected device anywhere that I mentioned above.
