1. May i know the company brand of your laptop/desktop/device you are using?
2. If it has a company brand is located search it on the brand website.
Example - if you have a dell device you will need to look on the dell website.
3. if this does not help then I surely will help you and please keep me informed so i can immediately get back to your problem.
