After reinstall of windowds 11 show hidden icons now appear all in one row.

After I did a fresh, wipe/reinstall of win11 now when I click the ^ icon on the right corner of the task bar to view running software (show hidden icons) they are all now in one long row instead of 3 or 4 icons per line in a stack.

How can I fix this?
