After hiding the taskbar in Windows 11, the bottom buttons become unclickable.

When the taskbar is hidden and a window is maximized, buttons at the bottom of the screen cannot be clicked (the mouse needs to be moved up 1-2 pixels). This occurs in preview build 26300.7674 and is reproducible in apps like Excel and VS Code. Is this a common bug?
