Mostly a network issue. You need to change the connection method if it is not fixed.
My network connection is fine. I used it to download an ISO image (5GB ins a couple of minutes) and did a repair reinstall. Tried a dozen other ideas suggested elsewhere by others, but nothing worked short of reinstalling.
