Admin account. Some Start-RT Click apps do nothing at all.
Windows 11 24H2. I am on an ADMIN account. * Right click on the start button and choose, for this example let's use Device Manager, and absolutely nothing happens. I use Sysinternals Process Explore...
Use ShellExView from NirSoft:
- Disable non-Microsoft shell extensions.
- Restart Explorer.
- Check if context menus work.
