A problem has occurred with the window

When the window is maximized, dragging the title bar with the mouse does not restore the window to its normal resizable state.

The drag action is ignored, or the window flickers briefly but remains maximized.

Double-clicking the title bar also has no effect; you must manually click the restore button in the upper-right corner to restore the window to its normal size.

In Windows 11, dragging a maximized window's title bar is not supposed to restore it — it's meant to trigger the snap layout feature (the flyout that appears when you drag a window to the top edge).

Hold down the Shift key and double-click the title bar, or use the shortcut Win + Down Arrow to restore the window to its original size.
