a fix for an update loop
most recent update wouldn't get past the restart circle on the lock screen, screen would go black after a few mins and when you moved the mouse or touched a key it would come back to the same restart...

Try please to check the Update Services and just deactivate them in Windows Safe Mode, so you can start your pc/notebook. If you want, you can also uninstall the preview installed Updates. So it maybe can help.
