Yes, you can create an image of an encrypted system drive using a Macrium Reflect boot disk. Macrium can read and copy the raw data from the drive at the block level, regardless of whether the drive is encrypted or not. However, because the drive is encrypted, the image will essentially be a sector-by-sector copy of the encrypted data, not the decrypted files.
