A app called 't' always tries to prevent reboots and shut downs. What is it?
Whenever I try to reboot or shut down my laptop, for a few seconds I see this message: t This app is preventing you from restarting. I've looked on the task manager but I can't find any apps...
SOLUTION : Do you use Logi Options+ , in my case problem was Options+ when I uninstall it and install Options (which is older but have no issue with shutdown) problem solved.

It's ridiculous that this problem still exists, its over 2 years old. It's just really poor support from Logitech and for me that will factor in to my decision making going forward. If you go back to the older software it keeps telling you to upgrade. Come on Logitech get your act together!
AndyM1420 I agree, but I seem to have cured my installation. Win10, Logitech K270 & M705. I uninstalled Options (keeping Options+) and disabled two instances of LogiBolt in Startup and the "t" app was still delaying shutdown. I then uninstalled LogiBolt and that seems to have solved it (having tried just a few Restarts). Using one receiver and the keyboard and mouse are still working.
