2 Admin accounts - conflicting with games programs
Trying to troubleshoot an issue for my sister. She has had some trouble with her favorite games since having her new laptop set up (Inspiron 2in1) late last year. She keeps getting 'ACCESS Violation" error messages. I loaded the same set of programs on my laptop, logging into the "game manager" for the suite - no errors. I figured it was permissions issues somewhere and noticed she has both her Microsoft account as Admin as well as the Local Account Admin (whereas I do not have both (at lease not visible)) On a lark, I logged her MS account out, and upon startup, chose the Local Admin account. Her game no longer has "ACCESS Violations" and her games load perfectly. How do I allow her MS Adminstrator account to have global abilities - meaning logging into her MS Admin account will enable permissions for all apps she wants to use?

Go to Settings > Accounts > Your Info. Ensure that her Microsoft account is shown as an "Administrator." If it’s not, you may have to change it to an administrator account.
