Windows 10 won't complete Update process

My Settings indicate that Update 22H2 is installed, but it won't complete the Update process. It says (very briefly) that it wants to install an HP driver for my printer, then displays the fault code 0x800f020b . Well, this fault code represents numerous causes.

Also, I now have an Epson printer, and I've already uninstalled all of the HP software that was on this PC. Windows also sees that my Epson printer is my primary, and only, printer. The PC will also print to my Epson.

My research on the interwebs indicates that I may be able the remedy this by doing a Clean Boot, and then running Windows Update.

My question is... do the esteemed members of this Forum think this will work? I have never done a Clean Boot, are there any pitfalls or rookie mistakes to avoid? Your advice is welcome, Thanx!

If the update still fails, consider manually uninstalling the problematic driver (via Device Manager), then attempt the update again.
