Windows 10 stuck and never gets into the desktop?
It says this device ran into a problem and needs to restart. However, the problem still exists even after a couple of restart.
It sounds like your Windows 10 is stuck in a boot loop. Try booting into Safe Mode by pressing F8 or Shift + F8 when restarting. From there, you can troubleshoot or uninstall recent updates or drivers that might be causing the issue. If that doesn’t work, you could try a system restore or use the "Startup Repair" tool from the advanced startup options.
