Windows 10 stuck and never gets into the desktop?
It says this device ran into a problem and needs to restart. However, the problem still exists even after a couple of restart.
If your Windows 10 PC is stuck in a boot loop and displays an error message like "This device ran into a problem and needs to restart," it indicates a critical system issue. This could be caused by corrupt system files, faulty drivers, hardware issues, or recent updates.
If you had restore points enabled, you can revert to a previous state.
Type rstrui.exe in the Run dialog (Windows + R) to initiate System Restore.
If the issue persists, consider resetting Windows (Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC).
