Windows 10 pro limitations with regards to unifying the background ? ie gpo

Hi windows 10 has any limitations with regards to unifying the background and screen saver policies? Does this require windows 10 Enterprise edition or can be done with Pro?

Would you mind elaborate your question?
In term of Background and Screen Server, the personalization are the same.
You have same personalization policies in the Group Policy for Pro and Enterprise.
Are you referring to any special setting or policy?
