Windows 10 June 2026 update OC not working
I recently updated my Windows 10 system to the June 2026 update, but I am experiencing issues with overclocking not functioning properly. After the update, my CPU and GPU overclock settings are being ignored, and the system runs at default speeds, which affects performance. I have tried adjusting the settings in BIOS and through software, but nothing seems to work since the update. I am looking for advice on how to fix this problem or any known solutions to restore overclocking capabilities after the June 2026 Windows 10 update.

Hi, I'd first check whether the update changed chipset, GPU, or power-management drivers. Overclocking behavior is usually controlled by BIOS/UEFI and vendor utilities, so reinstall the latest chipset/GPU tools from the motherboard or device vendor. Also check whether Windows power mode, virtualization features, or driver updates are overriding the tuning utility.

If the latest BIOS does not resolve the issue, consider rolling back to a previous BIOS version that supported overclocking.
