Hi, I'd first check whether the update changed chipset, GPU, or power-management drivers. Overclocking behavior is usually controlled by BIOS/UEFI and vendor utilities, so reinstall the latest chipset/GPU tools from the motherboard or device vendor. Also check whether Windows power mode, virtualization features, or driver updates are overriding the tuning utility.
