Windows 10 is running on an 18-year-old device with severely insufficient memory.
The system is an HP 550 (which has been in service for 18 years). It boots up reasonably quickly and runs fairly smoothly for everyday tasks, but with only 1.5 GB of RAM (DDR2), it is clearly insufficient for current usage scenarios.

Try adding the maximum amount of RAM your hardware will allow

You'd better add a new 4GB or 8G RAM as 2 GB is too less.

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC has a minimum requirement of 2GB of RAM, which you could achieve with the upgrade, but its lack of bloatware makes it a better option than standard Windows.
