windows 10 home - turn off auto-restarts

What I want for personal reasons is under no circumstance for the computer to restart itself when I'm away. I did a bunch of things ChatGPT recommended like disable auto updates and a bunch of stuff and yes- I can underwrite my own security risks. I don't like how systems are becoming so coercive and greedy for information. I don't think I'm that extreme. I like flow and I like sovereignty and control but anyway.. despite all i think i did, the system restarts itself periodically- undermining my efforts.

How do i absolutely shut down window restarting without my direction? I want the minimum number of things to do to make this the case

Thank you

    1. Open Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
    2. Click Change active hours and set your active hours to cover when you're usually using the computer.
    3. Under Advanced options, select Notify to schedule restart (if available). This will prevent forced reboots without your approval.
