Windows 10 Asks for Password Even Though None Was Set, Can't Log In

My Windows 10 PC hasn't been used in a while, and now it's asking for a password on the login screen. I never set a password, and I can't get in. no matter what I do. Need help.

If you're using a Microsoft account (like Outlook, Hotmail, etc.), click on "Forgot Password?" and follow the prompts to reset your password online.

    1. On the login screen, click the Power icon in the bottom right corner.
    2. While holding down the Shift key on your keyboard, select Restart.
    3. Keep holding Shift until your PC reboots to a blue screen with options.
    4. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
    5. After the restart, press 4 or F4 on your keyboard to Enable Safe Mode.
    6. Once in Safe Mode, click on your user account. Windows often bypasses password checks here and will let you log in with a blank password.
