WIndows 10 1909 Update

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I want to know when the Windows 10 19H2 is available for public. as per google result the 1909 version release date is 12 Nov. 2019 but I didn't get any update or there's no option to download the Media Creation Tool of 1909.
