Why doesn't Win11 save desktop icon positions? How to make it save positions?
I am experiencing an issue with Windows 11 where the positions of my desktop icons do not seem to be saved. After arranging the icons in a specific order, I find that they are frequently reset to their default

Sometimes, the "Auto arrange icons" feature might be turned on, which resets your icons back to a default layout. If this option is checked, your icons will move whenever you change the desktop resolution or your display settings.
