What should I do if Windows 10 locks up after startup and I can't log in?
After starting up, the computer goes directly to the lock screen, and entering the password is ineffective. How can I restore login or bypass the lock?

- Press and hold the Power button until the PC turns off completely (about 10 seconds).
- Unplug the power cord (and remove the battery if it's a laptop).
- Wait 30 seconds, plug back in, and turn it on.
Repeat this process 3 times in a row. On the 3rd reboot, Windows should automatically enter the Automatic Repair environment (blue screen with options).

Make sure the password is correct. Or you can follow this guide to reset the login password:

Simply boot into Safe Mode to carry out the repairs.

On the lock screen, hold down the Shift key and click the power icon, select Restart” to access the advanced startup options, then go to Troubleshoot > Startup Settings > Restart to enter Safe Mode for troubleshooting.
