Troubles with Windows Hello and Biometric Authentication

I'm having persistent issues with Windows Hello and biometric authentication on my PC, where my fingerprint scanner and facial recognition frequently fail to recognize me or stop working entirely after system updates. These authentication methods either become unresponsive, give error messages about unavailable hardware, or prompt me to set them up again from scratch, which is disrupting my workflow and forcing me to rely on passwords instead of the convenient login options that are supposed to work seamlessly. I've tried basic troubleshooting like reinstalling drivers and checking Windows Update, but the problem keeps coming back, so I'm hoping someone can point me toward a more permanent fix.
