Troubles with Windows Hello and Biometric Authentication
I'm having persistent issues with Windows Hello and biometric authentication on my PC, where my fingerprint scanner and facial recognition frequently fail to recognize me or stop working entirely...
Open Device Manager by pressing Windows + X and selecting Device Manager.
Locate your fingerprint scanner and facial recognition devices under Biometric Devices.
Right-click each device and choose Update Driver. If updating doesn't help, uninstall the device, then restart your PC to reinstall drivers automatically.
