Saving Favorites on EDGE

Question

Insider version of Favorites will not allow me to Name a New Folder. Have to save the link to New Folder. Go over to View Favorites. Scroll down to the bottom and Re-Name the folder there. It works fine in 'Public' version of Windows but not on Insider build. Also, still finding empty duplicates from prior issue with favorites. They seem to arrive with each new build even when all empty ones are deleted.&nbsp;
