Windows hangs randomly and touch pad freezes for some seconds

My windows 10 is hanging randomly for every half an hour and the touch pad also hangs for some second and becomes normal My system has clean windows ,8 GB RAM 512 SSD and  purchased just 10 days bac...

All the drivers are upto date

its showing "No driver updates found. Your system has the most recent updates"
