Problem with the screenshot tool

I have a problem with the screen capture tool.
When I record my screen on video for more than 10 minutes, I am unable to save it. I can either never open the tool window or it gives me a still image instead of the video that has been played :')

I have no way of recovering my precious videos, no matter what I do.
Do you know how I can solve this problem?

    Hi Tawaom​ 

    I believe Snipping Tool is not suitable for long videos.

    You can use other third-party software for recording.  


    If you still want to use then reset the Snipping Tool:

    Settings → Apps → Snipping Tool → Advanced Options → Reset

    Also, clear temp:

    Win + R → %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.ScreenSketch_8wekyb3d8bbwe\TempState

    I am using the Snipping Tool to take a screenshot of my https://spiritualityinsider.com/85-birthday-prayers-for-friends-family/, which I want to send to my client, but that tool is not allowing me to take a screenshot of the whole screen.
