Private vs Public networks when granting permission to a specific app?

Public network is more convenient and less restrictions.

- I think this is a misinterpretation: The text means „this PC will be in a private/public network“. So if this PC is configured as a part in a public network the security means will be set high, while if it is part of a private network the walls can be lowered.

- I always go with Public network and no problem with it.
