Office 365 "no internet connection" windows 10
Today office 365 (word, excel, power point, onenote) all tell me I have to refresh my login. When I do so I input my email and then get told there is no internet connection.
I have tried various solutions from past posts, I have logged out completely and uninstalled and reinstalled. I get the same issue every time. I can login online and use office online but cannot login after installing locally.
Microsoft support doesn't seem to be any help suggesting to reset winsock and various other command none of which work.
I saw that my antivirus has recently updated so I removed it entirely but the issue persists.
Any ideas?

Update on this: I found that this is a profile issue within windows. I logged in via another profile on the same computer and loaded word. I was prompted to login, I entered my email and it successfully progressed to the enter pin screen without the reported error. I did not complete the sign in. Logged out and back in as my main profile. Upon loading word it all progressed and logged me in without issue.
I am now seeing the same login issue on the Microsoft store lol. I can't determine what it is within this profile that is causing the problem. Anyone with any suggestions shout out please.Try to restart the router and the computer. This is a quick fix.
