mbr2gpt not working

hi . i tryed to use mbr2gpt to change from mbr to gpt and it said this

Disk layout validation failed for disk 0

i want to need a way to convert without losing my data and without doing backup because i don't have a spare drive for backup 

can anyone help me to fix . look at the screen shots
