Keyboard not working on HP Laptop-can't even Log In!
So I've got this HP-15-dw0037wm laptop that has got a bad keyboard problem. I use an external keyboard on it, I prefer the keys
larger and closer to me. Anyway, it won't type anything so I can't log in and I couldn't even get the onscreen keyboard to work with the mouse!
I tried the external keyboard I'm using on my backup right now and it wouldn't work either. The ENTER keys worked with both keyboards by the way.
I even tried the actual keyboard on the laptop and THAT wouldn't even work. Checked the sticky and filter keys settings and they are off. Tried to do a
hard reset and that also didn't work. I also tried the esc button after reading it could turn off the keyboard potentially. It didn't help. Could it be a driver issue?
So what can I do to fix this? Appreciate your help in advance. Thanks!

Let's try to get you back in. Since the on-screen keyboard failed, the quickest path is usually Safe Mode, which loads Windows with only the essential drivers.

Does the keyboard respond before Windows boots up? Try booting into the BIOS by immediately beginning to press the Esc key (about once every second) when you turn on the computer. When the Startup Menu appears, press the F10 key to enter the BIOS Setup Utility.
If the keyboard doesn't work in the above case, your laptop most likely has a hardware issue, and it needs to go for repairs.
