HP support assistant optimize your performance on windows laptop not working
I can run HP support assistant but when I click optimize your performance nothing happens. Laptop specifications HP Laptop 15-dw1xxx Device Name LAPTOP-4TSL8KPJ Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) ...
Sometimes security software can block certain features.
Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall and try again.
Remember to re-enable after testing.
I had this same problem. I downloaded the latest version of HP Support Assistant on 4/24/26. The fact is, the "Optimize your performance" feature no longer exists. I suspect HP is attempting to send business to iolo System Mechanic rather than keep this very useful feature free to users.
