I am not knowledgeable to understand your issue but I am just posting a reply to tell you that I have seen officially no one from Microsoft Monitoring or Posting anything here on the Windows Community since I've joined in the Jan of last year. If you would not get any help with this post in the future, I would recommend you to go to the r/Windows subreddit on Reddit as there are possibly more chances to get help there.
