Get Help Crashing

I am seeing a lot of times that Get Help is crashing after I say talk to agent ... and then a few minutes later it just crashes.

    Try sending feedback in feedback hub, when problem recording is live, reproduce the crash and let it capture the data and send it

      Yeah but whenever I do that it always works fine. Like when I dont' record it, the apps is fine but when I record, it fails
