Get Help Crashing
I am seeing a lot of times that Get Help is crashing after I say talk to agent ... and then a few minutes later it just crashes.
- Try sending feedback in feedback hub, when problem recording is live, reproduce the crash and let it capture the data and send it
Yeah but whenever I do that it always works fine. Like when I dont' record it, the apps is fine but when I record, it fails
hopefully it will capture everything necessary
- Nope, it wont' capture what I need it if the app wont' crash lol
- So in feedback hub, when you mention crash in your title or description and choose the app that's crashing from the list, you'll be offered a choice to select a time frame during which the crash happened, e.g. (past 10 mins, between 10-30 mins ago etc.)
you could do that instead- I dont' see that
