Which tool in used to capture logs in case of Start & Search Not working, if the suggested basic checks and troubleshooting has been completed & issue still persists.

You can use these two tools to monitor the situation:
1. Process Monitor
2. Windows Performance Recorder
Capture logs, focusing on the activity of the SearchUI.exe and explorer.exe processes.
