Which tool in used to capture logs in case of Start & Search Not working, if the suggested basic checks and troubleshooting has been completed & issue still persists.
Use Process Monitor or Windows Performance Recorder to capture logs, focusing on the activity of the SearchUI.exe and explorer.exe processes.
