Forgot Windows 10 password and can't login in my laptop
It is an old Surface laptop and mainly used for app testing. The last time it was opened was a few months ago and I remembered the password was changed to a new one. Currently, I can't login this lap...
If you've forgotten Windows 10 password, here are a couple of other methods you can try:
(1) Password Reset Disk: If you created a password reset disk previously, plug it in and follow the prompts on the login screen to reset your password.
(2) Safe Mode: Boot into Safe Mode (restart your PC and press F8 or Shift + F8). Sometimes, in Safe Mode, you can log in with the built-in Administrator account, which may not have a password set. From there, you can change your password.
