Factory Reset

Question

I’m in the middle of a factory reset. Most techs suggest this process can take up to 12 hours. It’s been on 1% for 45 minutes what does this mean. Any clarity would help. Thanks so much

Is it already restarted or is it hanging on the download?In my experience, the Windows 10 reset should take 20-60 minutes.
