Factory Reset
I’m in the middle of a factory reset. Most techs suggest this process can take up to 12 hours. It’s been on 1% for 45 minutes what does this mean. Any clarity would help. Thanks so much

- Is it already restarted or is it hanging on the download?
In my experience, the Windows 10 reset should take 20-60 minutes. - Are you using Windows 10's built in Reset?
